The Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a 24- to 36-month developmental program available to individuals who are interested in growing their business acumen and restaurant leadership skills in their pursuit of future leadership opportunities with Chick-fil-A or other businesses. LDP’s vision is to be the premier global leadership development experience. To develop the business acumen and restaurant leadership skills, LDP Participants are expected to spend time in two different positions: Grand Opening Supervisor and Interim Manager.
As Grand Opening Supervisor, an LDP Participant’s main duties will be to recruit and manage a team of grand opening Trainers for each grand opening of a new Chick-fil-A brand restaurant, oversee training by the Trainers on brand standards and operational functions affecting brand standards, and consult during the new restaurant opening with the independent franchised Operator of the independently owned and operated restaurant business.
As Interim Manager, an LDP Participant’s main duties will be to manage all operations and Team Members at their assigned Chick-fil-A, Inc.-Operated Restaurant. LDP Participants may work at different Chick-fil-A, Inc.-Operated Restaurants during their time in the Interim Manager position.

DTT’s Digital Co-Op is a 3 semester, non-consecutive (every-other-semester), learning accelerator program with tracks available for Technical (Engineering) or Functional (Business Analyst) participants. Semester 1 is a guided learning experience where you will gain hands-on exposure to the tools, technologies and infrastructure that help us serve. Semesters 2 and 3 offer you the opportunity to embed into teams and engage in meaningful and exciting, mission-critical work alongside your Co-Op Coach/Mentor and other DTT Staff and stakeholders across the organization. DTT Co-Ops devote time to innovating, developing, prototyping and experimenting with technology-based solutions to improve the experiences of Customers, Operators, Team Members, and other Chick-fil-A Support Center Staff.
Key program outcomes include:
- Using modern coding technologies and practices to build cloud-based software products and solutions in an agile, team-based environment
- Building proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, and Go, as well as functional capabilities like requirements gathering, interfacing with business partners, managing a backlog, etc.
- Building technology plans and solutions to enable a digital workplace for corporate staff and restaurants.
- Building relationships with technical and functional peers and Chick-fil-A Technology leadership
- Building application development skills to understand how different systems interact
Examples of recent technical and functional Co-Op Projects include:
- Investigate/serve as point of contact for new Machine Learning model orchestration and data validation tools for the department
- Utilize data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power Automate to create a new, mission critical dashboard for a client team
- Serve as Scrum Master on a key digital/mobile oriented initiative, assisting with business analyst tasks such as gathering requirements and writing tickets
- Support a database transition backend project that involves building out the API and working with AWS Services
- Design interfaces for new stations to be used by restaurant team members back-of-house; incorporating gamification and other successful experience design criteria to enhance user experience for all team members

We do this by building robust data infrastructure, maximizing the effectiveness of our systems portfolio, and offering users relevant and timely insights about their businesses. Analysts on the Restaurant Financial Systems team are responsible for maintaining a high degree of analytical competence and project leadership as they partner with Restaurant Operators, cross-functional staff teams and external vendors. They maintain a high level of subject matter expertise for a particular system and are often considered data & process owners within the organization. Lead Analysts are responsible for both proactive and responsive analysis, project planning and executing project details, and collaborating with others. They will develop comprehensive knowledge of 1-3 systems, serving as a subject matter expert for the business and offering input into the strategic technology roadmap supporting them. computer vision automation capability which will enable us to provide compelling user experiences, scale

Chick-fil-A is using machine learning and advanced modeling to solve many business-critical problems. In
this role you will drive the design, architecture, development, and integration of Computer Vision across
Chick-fil-A.
This role will be responsible for researching and guiding our technical strategy around computer vision
automation at CFA. This will include identifying best-fit computer vision solutions, building solutions to
prove out technology concepts, and implementation of solutions to meet business needs. As their
technical counterpart, you will partner with the IA Business Analyst that is responsible for business
outcomes related to computer vision including object detection, tracking, reidentification, labeling, and
quality assurance of production systems. This role will also include solutioning for how we manage
computer vision IOT devices, cloud and edge architectures and integrations, and real-time data
acquisition and analytics. As our capabilities grow, it will likely be necessary to develop relationships with
partners outside of Chick-fil-A that can help us accelerate solution delivery and aid with daily operations

The Process Improvement Project Lead is a professional role and part of the Customer Support, Continuous Improvement team. This lead role will assist in designing and implementing new processes for improving our customer support program and its business partners, which include IT, Marketing, New Initiatives across the organization that will impact customers and our own internal teams. This professional role requires a comprehensive knowledge in Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and other business process improvement methodologies. Furthermore, the role requires a solid ability in new process design and redesign as well as statistical analysis.
The Project Lead works with Support Now teams and its business partners to identify pain points using qualitative and quantitative methods. Then, using the appropriate process improvement methodology, the Project Lead will lead, train, and/or assist in the project by giving them a holistic approach to measuring, improving, and documenting processes. The Project Lead must have excellent communications skills and the ability to quickly influence and move forward the creation of processes and projects that have been identified for continuous improvement. With these skills, the Project Lead will use a consultative approach with strong business acumen to complete these projects, which can be intra- or inter-departmental.
