The Digital Learning Team is responsible for the digital learning transformation at Chick-fil-A – redefining and modernizing how we approach learning and how our audiences experience learning, ultimately accelerating individual and collective growth and development at Chick-fil-A.
The Learning Platform Administrator is responsible for owning and maintaining all current digital learning platforms and tools. This includes the development and implementation of technical architecture, system integration, and enhancements and release schedules. While owning continuous improvement of our current learning and content management systems and digital learning platforms and solutions, this role is a critical thought partner and driver in determining how we evolve our content and learning management systems. Working directly with Principal Program Leads, L&D teams, and business partners, this role serves as the subject matter expert on Chick-fil-A's learning technology and tools, executing on L&D’s digital learning strategy, driving optimum learning efficiency, experience and scale.
The Learning Designer for Learning and Development is responsible for creating the detailed learning design specifically in support of Chick-fil-A Support Center, Chick-fil-A Field Facing Staff, and Chick-fil-A Operators. They combine a solid understanding of adult learning principles and training dynamics with the ability to synthesize content requirements and corporate resources into comprehensive learning design. The Learning Designer for Learning and Development works with a wide range of stakeholders including SMEs, Learning Architecture and Digital Learning team(s) to create the detailed instructional design plan for effective and accurate learning content. They apply tested adult learning theories and partner with the Content Production team to ensure that the content is clear, appealing, and applicable, resulting in quality learning experiences. The Learning Designer for Learning and Development serves as a key influencer and mentor to others within Learning Development and Production. They proactively stay current with learning trends and share resources and learning with others on the team.

The Sr. Principal Program Lead, Staff Products team is a senior learning professional responsible for the vision, strategy, prioritization, and creation of the suite of learning products that support staff within a particular department or function. They are responsible for the development of a comprehensive learner strategy that aligns to both departmental and business goals, provides cross-functional leadership to a product team, and ensures strong collaboration and alignment across departmental teams, business partners, and subject matter experts.
The Contracts Team is seeking an attorney to draft and negotiate complex technology transactions for Chick-fil-A affiliated brands. The role is the first of its kind allowing the chosen attorney to pave the way leading, developing, and maintaining a contract strategy for new, affiliated brands. Whether its negotiating with a vendor for a website enhancement, to procure project services, or to develop applications, this role will require flexibility, creativity, and collaboration.
The Counsel, Employment Law position is a full-time position responsible for providing legal counsel, strategy and direction on a wide variety of employment law and human resources matters. Working under the direction and supervision of senior inhouse counsel, the position primarily will provide legal advice to Chick-fil-A, Inc.’s non-restaurant subsidiaries, including CFA Supply and Bay Center Foods, as well as other related entities, affiliates and new ventures. The role will require expertise in (1) providing day-to-day legal advice on employee relations, talent acquisition, reasonable accommodation, leaves of absence, performance management, discipline, separations, wage and hour, and other employment-related issues; (2) leading or advising on internal investigations; (3) developing, advising and training on various policies and processes in compliance with federal, state and local laws; and (4) advising on other talent-related issues related to Chick-fil-A, Inc.’s various subsidiaries, related entities, affiliates and new ventures, including advice related to proactive litigation risk management strategy between and among entities. The position will be assigned various other employment law and human resources-related projects, as needed.
This position is responsible for providing legal counsel, strategy and direction on a wide variety of real estate matters associated with our existing real estate portfolio. Leadership responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing legal counsel and risk-analysis on matters that require a high-touch due to their potential operational impact, determining the level of legal review and partnership necessary for newly created projects or ventures and providing legal counsel, strategy and direction for business-critical reinvestment projects from LOI through restaurant re-opening by partnering closely with internal business partners and outside counsel. The Lead Advisor, New Restaurant Advisor is responsible for developing and overseeing the deployment of the external communications strategy (including all public relations and marketing activities) for new restaurant openings.
This individual will be responsible for coordinating and executing all sensory activities on and off site. This includes working with project owners and third-party groups to design the testing needed, identify all resources, and interpret test results. This role would collaborate with the CMI team to integrate sensory with customer assessments as needed for a project. This individual will lead the documentation of sensory specifications within the Catalyst database.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, organization and cleanliness of all media production and sensory panel activities. This individual must have the ability to plan, organize and execute multiple product media and sensory initiatives from concept to stewardship. This position may also provide Training support as needed for production of training materials. This person will serve as the Menu Services SME on all menu related media resources requiring organizational influence and have autonomy in decision making in order to maintain project deliverables and meet deadlines.

Our Sr. Lead Data Engineers typically work with some latitude for action or decisions on specific projects, solutions, or technical issues. The Test & Rollout Sr. Project Leader’s primary responsibility is to lead, influence, consult, and direct various highly complex, time sensitive and business critical restaurant equipment programs and initiatives. Specifically, the role will focus on implementing and managing various equipment roll-outs, organizational process changes, equipment R&D projects and facility improvement projects. They will also serve as the primary interface to key business leaders, internal staff and valued business partners.
