This includes the development and implementation of technical architecture, system integration, and enhancements and release schedules. While owning continuous improvement of our current learning and content management systems and digital learning platforms and solutions, this role is a critical thought partner and driver in determining how we evolve our content and learning management systems. Working directly with Principal Program Leads, L&D teams, and business partners, this role serves as the subject matter expert on Chick-fil-A's learning technology and tools, executing on L&D’s digital learning strategy, driving optimum learning efficiency, experience and scale.
