We do this by building robust data infrastructure, maximizing the effectiveness of our systems portfolio, and offering users relevant and timely insights about their businesses.   The Labor Lead Analyst is responsible for maintaining a high degree of analytical competence as they partner with other labor analyst(s) and staff to execute on the roadmap. This role will develop and maintain a high level of subject matter expertise for labor data, benchmarking and reporting products for Restaurants. Using their comprehensive knowledge, this role will be the point of contact for Restaurant/Operator and staff questions on use of the data and reporting. He or she will also be responsible for recommending and deploying changes based on Operator feedback to those data systems. The person in this role will develop comprehensive knowledge and serving as the subject matter expert on talent investment reporting across multiple platforms, being the business owner for all talent and labor data and maintaining and improving related data and processes.   They will have responsibility for both proactive and responsive analysis, data validation, project planning, executing project details, communicating with stakeholders and collaboration with colleagues. In this role, you will design, architect and lead development for business-critical ingestion of supply chain data needed for operational and analytical systems.   You will be responsible for architecting, designing, and leading the implementation of data ingestion for Chick-fil-A’s Supply Chain.
