The Principal Program Partner, Strategic Reinvestment (SRP) provides consulting services to Chick-fil-A Operators who have been identified for a major capital reinvestment project.  Each SRP will support 25-30 capital reinvestment projects per year while managing future pipeline reinvestments within each region.   The Principal Program Partner will serve as a strategic coach, building trusted advisor relationships and coaching Operators to maximize their reinvestment experience and opportunity.    The Principal Program Partner is a non-people leader role and will report to the Regional Strategic Reinvestment Director.
