This is a professional level position serving both Operators and Chick-fil-A Inc. corporate in a consulting role on banking matters as well as being the liaison between our banking partners and the Operators. This includes opening up bank accounts, banking due diligence, and coordination of timing to meet the banking needs of the business. Handling escalation calls from Operators related to banking matters is an important aspect of this role. Exceptional project management and coordination skills are a must.
The Field Operations Department exists to keep the Operator at the Center of Everything We Do! Field Operations Regions provides Regional Area Support to Operators and the Services group supports Specialty Consulting and also leads processes for solving restaurant challenges to fuel our future growth.
The Team Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support and project coordination to one or more Area Directors and a team of Operations Leads that directly support our Owner/Operators. The Team Administrator will be based at the Support Center in Atlanta, Georgia.
