The Lead Technical Product Owner, Regulatory & Compliance – CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) role is responsible for testing data flows, issue resolution, configuration and technical support for Chick-fil-A Supply, Bay Center Foods, and Offsite Thawing Pilot.  This person also partners with each area of the Business to define, document, and consult on functional and technical requirements to support daily Operations and enable future growth of each Business. As wholly owned subsidiaries of Chick-fil-A, Inc., Chick-fil-A Supply and Bay Center Foods are food production and distribution services networks focused entirely on serving the unique needs and growing volume of Chick-fil-A restaurants.

This person will serve as part of the Menu Strategy team within Restaurant Experience, partnering with key stakeholders and industry partners to develop strategies for the menu that support the overall Chick-fil-A Core Strategy. This professional role requires a self-driven, innovative, collaborative and strategic person. This individual must be an exceptional communicator with the ability to influence across multiple levels of the organization. Additionally, he or she must be able to lead and manage projects with excellence. This person must have strong leadership, a high capacity to influence others, and project management capabilities to drive day-to-day projects and process optimization.

The Principal Design Lead (Reinvestment), serving on the Regional Design Team, will direct and oversee the design, architecture, and engineering project management for Strategic Reinvestment (Remodels, Scrape & Rebuilds, Relocations) projects in multiple Regions. This role will partner with Strategic Reinvestment leadership teams in developing design strategies for the programs. Role will also partner with Asset Management and Operations leadership teams as well as our local Operators (Franchisees) to ensure each Restaurant is fully optimized ensuring operational effectiveness, brand expression, and ensuring the right investment in our existing Restaurants.
