The Lead Technical Product Owner, Regulatory & Compliance – CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) role is responsible for testing data flows, issue resolution, configuration and technical support for Chick-fil-A Supply, Bay Center Foods, and Offsite Thawing Pilot.  This person also partners with each area of the Business to define, document, and consult on functional and technical requirements to support daily Operations and enable future growth of each Business. As wholly owned subsidiaries of Chick-fil-A, Inc., Chick-fil-A Supply and Bay Center Foods are food production and distribution services networks focused entirely on serving the unique needs and growing volume of Chick-fil-A restaurants.

The Talent Partner serves as an advisor to entry through mid-level leaders and Staff providing HR consultation as well as developing resources to match business needs. The role serves as a member of the Talent Consulting team supporting the design and execution of people strategy and initiatives. Talent Partners support growth of leadership capability, organizational change management, and improve processes that scale people practices for the future. Talent Partners have the opportunity to work across multiple departments and in tandem with Talent Directors who support senior leaders. This position is based in Atlanta, Georgia at our Chick-fil-A Support Center.

A full-time role, this position will support the rapidly growing commercial transactions and contracts area for Chick-fil-A, Inc. and related entities.  As part of the Legal Department, this position will advise multiple business units on a wide range of dynamic legal and business matters, including commercial transactions, negotiating supplier contracts, and general corporate issues.  This position will interact with leaders within the Legal Department and specialists across the business to advise, educate and strategize on a wide variety of complex issues that impact the company. The attorney in this role will also directly manage outside counsel.    

This person will serve as part of the Menu Strategy team within Restaurant Experience, partnering with key stakeholders and industry partners to develop strategies for the menu that support the overall Chick-fil-A Core Strategy. This professional role requires a self-driven, innovative, collaborative and strategic person. This individual must be an exceptional communicator with the ability to influence across multiple levels of the organization.
