The DTT Co-Op Program offers participants a unique environment to learn Chick-fil-A’s business, culture, and technology in a safe and supportive environment. The program is committed to developing participants personally and professionally through hands-on experience, workshops, mentorship, and project work. Participants have the opportunity to explore both technical and functional tracks, enabling cross-functional skill development. This is anticipated to be a 3 semester Co-Op operating on a non-sequential, every-other-semester, basis. After working full-time for Chick-fil-A for the first semester of the Co-Op, students will return to school for their next semester, and will continue this pattern until having served 3 semesters for Chick-fil-A and 3 semesters of college coursework. The available start date for this co-op is Fall of 2024. The 1st semester is the Foundations semester for Co-Ops where you will gain hands-on learning and project experience. The 2nd and 3rd semesters are apprenticeship semesters where Co-Ops are embedded into a team. Co-Ops will rotate college coursework between each semester they serve with Chick-fil-A, Inc. Co-Ops will also have the opportunity to rotate work locations at Chick-fil-A’s corporate headquarters. The DTT Co-Op is a separate program from Chick-fil-A’s traditional, summer internship program at the Support Center (corporate headquarters).   ·        This is a paid opportunity ·        Only full-time opportunities are available (Co-Ops are encouraged to not take coursework while working) ·        Must commit to working 3 semesters for Chick-fil-A ·        Must have at least 3 semesters of college coursework remaining before graduation and must be pursuing an undergraduate degree in a technical field     Hiring for both Technical and Functional roles.      The Digital Transformation & Technology (DTT) Co-Op will have the opportunity to: ·        Utilize cloud-based software products using modern code technologies and practices in an agile, team-based environment ·        Develop proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, and Go ·        Create technology plans and solutions to enable a digital workplace for corporate staff and restaurants.  ·        Build relationships across technical and functional peers and Chick-fil-A Technology leadership   Our Flexible Future model offers a healthy mix of working in person and virtually, strengthening key elements of the Chick-fil-A culture by fostering collaboration and community.

The Chick-fil-A Supply Chain Department encompasses Procurement, Operations, and Development functions that exist to enable the creation and growth of healthy market ecosystems across the organization. This is done by enabling increased capacity in Restaurants, reducing complexity for Operators and Team Members, all while relentlessly protecting the Brand.      The Chick-fil-A Supply Chain Co-Op program offers students the opportunity to engage in real-world corporate initiatives derived from our real-time business needs. Our program is structured to expose students to corporate culture, diverse learning opportunities, cross-functional project work, while enhancing their business acumen and Supply Chain knowledge over a multi-semester experience. Chick-fil-A Supply Chain Co-Ops are also encouraged to influence the organization by providing fresh perspective on company challenges and help to explore solutions, pulling from past work and educational experiences.   This is anticipated to be a 2 semester Co-Op that can accommodate various semester schedules. Students can start in the Spring, Summer, or Fall and do a non-sequential rotation (every other-semester) OR complete one back-to-back rotation (i.e. Spring and Summer). There is also potential to do a 3rd rotation based on business need. Each of these options consist of full-time semesters with Chick-fil-A. The International Marketing Team is responsible for introducing the Chick-fil-A Brand in non U.S. Markets. The International Brand Strategist, is responsible for guiding the stewardship of the Chick-fil-A brand within the International team. This includes ensuring that the customer relationship with Chick-fil-A remains meaningful and relevant while scaling to new customers, markets, and channels.   The Brand Strategist is both a generalist, with wide Brand Strategy skills, and a specialist dedicated to an area of the business (i.e., brand activation, menu, service channels). Brand strategy direction and development includes:   - Stewardship of Chick-fil-A brand performance, positioning, and relevance with key audiences - Planning the Annual Marketing Communications Plan including stakeholders (U.S. Brand Strategy Team & Country Marketing Leadership) intake and message prioritization - Leadership of Campaign briefings, input on Brand Tentpole Campaigns & developing Go To Market Strategy - Consultation on brand perspective, systems, and governance for dedicated areas of business   Brand Strategists will execute their role through the following key competencies:    - Champion, able to advocate for the good of the brand - Visionary, able to imagine the role of the brand in the future - Self-starter, able to initiate and cultivate new strategies - Shepherd, able to unify teams around a challenge towards a goal - Student, of brand, strategy process and consumer audiences - Teammate, working well in both independent and in team settings - Capacity, high workload capability and strong results orientation   This Brand Strategist role will report to the International Marketing Director.
