The Lead Financial Modeling Analyst role will serve in the FP&A Modeling Center of Excellence (COE) and focus on modeling business scenarios and reporting financial data related primarily to the business’ international expansion to senior leaders across the business. This individual will have experience translating new business concepts into financial statement models to allow leadership to better understand financial performance and make key business decisions. A general understanding of accounting concepts, financial return metrics and methodologies, technology tools and data structures is also required. The role requires a skilled problem-solver who is constantly innovating and learning new skills while serving as a liaison between Financial Services and International departments to meet shared objectives. Senior Analysts on the Restaurant Financial Systems team are responsible for working with Restaurant Operators, cross-functional staff teams and external vendors to design and implement system solutions that meet defined business needs. They analyze data to generate insights and inform recommendations, develop innovative solutions to end users’ challenges, organize and execute project details, and collaborate with others. He or she will develop comprehensive knowledge of 1-2 systems, serving as a subject matter expert for the business and offering input into the strategic technology roadmap supporting them. He or she will also be responsible for deploying changes to those systems to impacted Operators and Staff, by executing components of the project plan, communicating key details, and monitoring success metrics.
The individual in this specific role will focus on the readiness for and implementation of an HRIS system, including HR, Workforce Management (including scheduling, timekeeping, wage hour compliance, and entitlements), and Payroll, for International Restaurants, specifically focusing on entry into new International markets. Work will include developing comprehensive knowledge and serving as the subject matter expert on the HRIS solution in international settings for the implementation and entry into the new market, so experience with HRIS systems and data (timekeeping, payroll and/or other HRIS systems), particularly those in International markets, will be beneficial.

Specifically, the role will focus on recommending, influencing, implementing and supporting logistics strategies through interaction with Chick-fil-A internal and external stakeholders to provide the best service and supply to International locations.

The Principal Design Lead, International will direct and oversee the design, architectural & engineering project management for new Chick-fil-A Restaurants in our developing international countries. The role will partner with our International, Brand, Real Estate, Operations, and Development & Construction teams delivering fully optimized Restaurants to our Operators that consistently express our Brand, are operationally sound, and ensure good stewardship in the development of our international Restaurant portfolio.
The ideal candidate will be creative, self-motivated and a technically proficient Architectural design champion who demonstrates strengths in managing the execution of multiple restaurant design projects. This role requires a hands-on proactive design manager who thrives with informed autonomy. They must be able to navigate the business, build relationships, consult to internal partners and direct external consultants through clear communication and engagement.

The International Technology PMO, Planning, and Special Projects Leader will manage the growing international technology portfolio and facilitate planning for all of Chick-fil-A’s international technology teams across four countries in three regions. The role will be responsible for designing, creating, and socializing the framework and methodology. They will also help drive international technology organizational effectiveness and optimization as the international technology organization grows and scales to support Chick-fil-A’s rapid international expansion.
As part of the international technology team, this individual will report directly to the International Technology Leader. This role will also work with regional technology leaders and in-region program managers to ensure a holistic international portfolio and cross-region collaboration. In addition to the above responsibilities, this individual will have responsibility for the following areas:
