The Chick-fil-A Financial Services Department offers an incredibly unique summer internship experience. Accounting Summer Interns contribute to Chick-fil-A’s growth through challenging and meaningful work. Under the guidance of an intern coach, our interns build their personal leadership brand while gaining accounting experience and developing key skills necessary for a successful career. With hands-on work assignments, exposure to C-Level executives, and activities that connect interns to our unique culture, Chick-fil-A’s Accounting Internship is among the most sought after in the industry.
Because the Accounting internship requires specific skills, we utilize an Accounting Test as an objective tool to assess a candidate’s knowledge of basic accounting principles. If you continue past our initial review, you will be asked to complete this test. To be considered in our priority applicant pool, it’s important that you schedule and complete this assessment as soon as possible. Here is a general overview of our timeline:
- Applicants are asked to apply by our Priority Application deadline of September 15
- Accounting Test August 1 – September 15
- First round video interviews take place September 11 – October 13
- Second round video interviews take place October 16 – October 27
- Final intern selections will be made by November 3

The Benefits, Payroll & Mobility Solutions Operations Team (BPMS Ops) is a technical oriented team that supports the larger Benefits, Payroll & Mobility Solutions Team. The BPMS Ops Team has responsibility for the operation and configuration of Workday, Chick-fil-A's Human Resources Information System (HRIS), for all employee benefits, including Health, Retirement, Timekeeping and Payroll. Many of the functions that the intern will assist with involve working within Workday in the areas of process improvement, report generation, and data analysis. As a member of the BPMS Ops team, the summer intern may also be asked to assist with other initiatives that support the broader Benefits and Payroll team.

The Supplier Relationship Management team within Corporate Procurement is seeking a detail-oriented summer intern to assist with transformational work as we roll out new systems and processes to stakeholder across the business to introduce consistency and best practices for onboarding, vetting, and managing suppliers. This intern will have the opportunity to assist with process documentation and optimization for supplier setup and maintenance, supplier relationship management best practices, and other related functions. The successful candidate will work with the SRM team to identify areas for improvement in our existing supplier management processes and develop documentation to ensure consistency and efficiency. This role will also include the opportunity to take ownership of and drive end-to-end development of future-state processes and tools, which may include supplier segmentation modeling, performance management and business review best practices, and/or streamlining international supplier diligence in order to drive the next phase of supplier management.

The Service & Hospitality (S&H) Team is focused on creating remarkable service experiences for every Customer, in every Chick-fil-A Restaurant, every day. This team designs, integrates and scales service experiences that help ensure our Customer experience remains a brand differentiator for Chick-fil-A.
The Intern, Service &Hospitalitywill work with the S&H Integration team as well as multiple cross-functional partners at the Support Center. This role will also partner closely with Operators and Restaurant Leaders. The Intern role requires a highly motivated innovative professional to steward strategic projects through the phases of our innovation process with a focus on Validate and Launch.
This role is on the Service & Hospitality team, which is part of Restaurant Experience, and reports to the Marketing department. The Project Coordinator Intern is part of the Test & Launch team within Service & Hospitality.
