The Lead Technical Product Owner within the Digital Transformation and Technology department is a member of the Agile team who is accountable and responsible for the Customer Technology Solutions product to which they are assigned. The position works with the development team to evaluate potential product features, assessing time and complexity, and to prioritize the development of solutions in alignment with the value created for end users and Customers.  To accomplish these goals, the role partners with technology agencies and business stakeholders throughout Chick-fil-A but primarily with teams in Marketing including Customer Digital Experience; Brand Strategy, Advertising & Media; Business Incubation; and Service & Hospitality.   Customer Technology Solutions is responsible for the customer digital experience in our restaurants consisting of Points-of-Sale, Mobile Commerce and Engagement experiences, and Fulfillment technologies.  Your team will fall into one of these domains.   Currently we are seeking candidates to help innovate solutions for in-Restaurant order taking, production and fulfillment products; scalable international Digital Menu products; delivery products and integrations to enable best in class Chick-fil-A and 3rd Party Delivery experiences; and branded web and mobile app experiences. And our Co-Op Program is your opportunity to join the team!   DTT’s Digital Co-Op is a 3 semester, non-consecutive (every-other-semester), learning accelerator program with tracks available for Technical (Engineering) or Functional (Business Analyst) participants. Semester 1 is a guided learning experience where you will gain hands-on exposure to the tools, technologies and infrastructure that help us serve. Semesters 2 and 3 offer you the opportunity to embed into teams and engage in meaningful and exciting, mission-critical work alongside your Co-Op Coach/Mentor and other DTT Staff and stakeholders across the organization.
