The Chick-fil-A Innovation & New Ventures (I&NV) department has two primary purposes: building Chick-fil-A’s innovation culture, capabilities, and capacity; providing disruptive innovation to address threats to the core business and creating competitive distance between Chick-fil-A and other restaurant brands.   The Enterprise Innovation team, which is a group within the I&NV department, was established to curate and steward Chick-fil-A’s innovation culture, capabilities, and resources to sustain our core value of “We Pursue What's Next” that contributes to Chick-fil-A’s growth and impact. Reporting to the Sr. Principal Team Leader, Innovation, the Enterprise Innovation Sr. Project Lead will be responsible for varied protocols and projects that advance innovation at Chick-fil-A, primarily through helping project teams utilize our innovation process: Understand, Imagine, Prototype, Validate, Launch. The Enterprise Innovation team is comprised of four full-time staff, external agency and design partners, and collaborates heavily with cross-functional teams.

The Restaurant Performance Insights (RPI) team leverages industry leading data analytics software to serve the analytical needs of Support Center Staff and Franchisees. Specifically, RPI partners with leaders of strategic work to define and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), provide Chick-fil-A leadership with relevant and timely performance insights, and is responsible for developing Franchisee-facing analytical solutions.
