This role will also communicate with external delivery partners to request data and resolve tax differences.   This role will require analytical and creative thinking skills, and the ability to quickly adapt to change. The primary responsibilities of the Sales Tax Research Lead role will be to support the Sales Tax function by focusing in the area of Chick-fil-A Supply, working closely with internal partners to resolve tax matters. The Sales Tax Research Lead will support the Sales Tax function performing complex tax research and analysis regarding sales tax issues impacting the business with limited to minimal review. This role may lead or direct large special projects independently and may act as a liaison with other departments to complete projects with limited to moderate supervision. Sales and Use Tax is used broadly to encompass a wide-array of indirect taxes, including commodity, gross receipts, IFTA, IRP and other related taxes for all Chick-fil-A Supply locations. This role will require analytical and creative thinking skills, and the ability to quickly adapt to change. The role will be focused on establishing processes that ensure oversight of tax data for Chick-fil-A Supply as well as establishing automated processes for accurately reporting such sales on the tax returns. A Sales Tax Research Lead performs work with limited to moderate supervision, conferring with superior on unusual matters. In this role you will be responsible for supporting Quality Engineering efforts across various development teams within the CommercePoint program. CommercePoint is a fully featured and comprehensive POS system that will support the growing physical and digital commerce platforms at Chick-fil-A. This role will be part of the test center of excellence in the Customer Technology Solutions group which includes direct-to-consumer, restaurant, and digital DNA systems at Chick-fil-A. This role requires strong testing skills and ability to define the test strategy across multiple teams, select the proper automation tools and techniques, and implement a comprehensive test plan appropriate for various types of products and applications. You will also serve as the Quality champion and help with implementing best practices across verticals and mentor/direct other resources. As a Senior Systems Analyst, you’ll contribute your design, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help transform the Chick-fil-A Support Center's procurement systems and processes (primarily, inventory item procurement)   You will be the trusted partner between the Digital Transformation & Technology (DTT) department and the Support Center, achieving their procurement goals, and making shared dreams a reality.   This role will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our procurement systems and processes, including software applications and databases. The Payments Systems Analyst II role serves on the Customer Technology Solutions team within the Digital Transformation and Technoloy department. As a Payments Systems Analyst II you will get the opportunity to rotate and work across multiple teams that are building the products and solutions that enable a seamless and remarkably convenient payment acceptance experience for our customers and Restaurants. This rotation will allow you to gain a broad payment experience and understanding of Chick-fil-A's systems and processes.
