This role will be responsible for inventory item master data maintenance, item life cycle management maintaining partner supplier performance and sourcing all sellable inventory in Chick-fil-A's Support Center Warehouse (SCW). The Chick-fil-A SCW distributes over 1,600 items through the following channels: CFA Restaurants- marketing, administrative, training and catering items; Direct to Consumer- merchandise through e-commerce; Campus Shop- merchandise sellable to campus visitors/staff. Developing and maintaining relationships with internal project stakeholders is essential. The Sourcing Specialist should have extensive Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience.   The warehouse operates in a 60,000 sqft, temperature-controlled space on Chick-fil-A's Support Center Campus in Atlanta, GA. The Financial Lease Compliance and Audit team is responsible for ensuring the financial lease terms negotiated and executed by Chick-fil-A, Inc. and its subsidiaries are billed and paid correctly. The team serves as the primary financial contact to Chick-fil-A landlords and other lessor entities and is responsible for ensuring landlord master data and payment schedules align to the lease. In addition, the team is responsible for auditing and paying all real estate rent and occupancy costs for Chick-fil-A restaurants and corporate properties by applying complex lease language to invoices and billings.   The Accountant II is a professional role entrusted with landlord financial relationships, billing and invoice audits, and lease payment execution. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our Finance team with a focus on indirect procurement policy and procedure. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and compliant creation of indirect purchase orders (POs), overseeing PO governance, engaging with suppliers, and providing continuous training and support to stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a vital role in advocating and supporting the business regarding indirect procurement policy and procedure and will be a key contributor in scaling our operation.

This role will be responsible for supporting the daily work of Chick-fil-A's Support Center Warehouse (SCW) fulfillment team. The SCW team is responsible for fulfilling Restaurant orders of operational supplies through small parcel distribution, additional internal distribution channels, and fulfillment of Chick-fil-A branded items direct to consumers (Shop Chick-fil-A).
