The Senior Lead Engineer will lead and be responsible for the technical design, improvement and maintenance relationship of projects within Supply Chain Innovation development and prototyping operations. This role will be located within the Supply Chain Development Center (SCDC), focused on innovating distribution facility, equipment, tools, machinery, and related areas of a world-class food Production Distribution Center (PDC) serving Chick-fil-A Operators, team members, and Customers.
Leveraging their mechanical and electrical expertise, this role will lead process and equipment design, build, testing, improvement, installation and startup in support of pilot transformation/production/distribution facilities. This role will troubleshoot complex problems and will directly interface with the third-party maintenance team.
Given this is a new venture, this role will have the unique opportunity to help build our management approach and culture as it pertains to food transformation and distribution systems, by establishing standards, processes, job aids, trainings, and programs. This role will work closely with PDC leadership and different types of personnel, such as plant employees, truck drivers, equipment operators, etc., in addition to the Safety, Quality, and Compliance Lead to ensure the mission of the PDC is fulfilled.
The Senior Lead Engineer will report directly to the SCDC Manager.

The Talent Privacy and Records Retention Senior Lead Advisor will work with the ongoing development and operations of the talent functions and records management activities. The Senior Lead Advisor will be a thought partner in developing and executing a records retention strategy, schedules for retention, developing and conducting training, and implementing methods of inventory completion and preserving and purging vital Talent records. This role will be an expert in the processes and procedures related to record retention and privacy. In addition, the Senior Lead Advisor will be responsible for compliance requirements, records keeping best practices, electronic and offsite storage solutions, and other records management issues related to Staff and vendors. In addition, the role will maintain electronic and paper talent files as a critical coordinator of offsite records activities, monitor activities of vendors and users, and will inform policy and procedural improvements to existing workflows.
This individual will be primarily responsible for developing, coordinating, and monitoring Chick-fil-A's safety and quality programs for the Equipment and Smallwares supplied to our restaurants. This individual will also be responsible for facility inspections of approved vendor plant locations and providing technical assistance to both Operators and vendors in regards to Food Safety and Quality. Additional responsibilities include implementing and updating the audit program for supplier performance management.
The Sr. Design Lead, Integration Readiness role consults to solution ideation and is responsible for leading and directing the creation of design implementation guidelines and standards to help expedite the integration of innovation and solutions into the Test and Rollouts and Change Management process. The role will lead validation of solutions for their respective area and coordinate multi-vendor engagement needed to execute solutions. This role will work directly with Design staff and the Test & Rollouts team as well as others across the organization to help expedite the integration of new design solutions, operational strategies, and Restaurant designs to the field for both new and existing Restaurants. This role will work closely within Design Integration team, including National Accounts and Integration Execution Support, to make sure vendors and partners are prepared and changes are incorporated into DesigNotes, templates and standards.
