At the Support Center, the Principal Program Lead (PPL) is responsible for working directly with partners in Corporate Talent and Restaurant Training. The Principal Program Lead (PPL) works collaboratively with these departments and plays an active role in recruiting, selecting and onboarding for all Leadership Development Program participants.   The Principal Program Lead (PPL) is also responsible for supporting the business startup phase for Chick-fil-A’s Core Restaurant Concepts. The Principal Program Lead (PPL) supports this business need through direct involvement with participants in Chick-fil-A's Leadership Development Program (LDP).   The Principal Program Lead (PPL) is entrusted with making business decisions that set the Operator and the business up for sustained success. These decisions include setting the Restaurant opening date and determining the appropriate level of LDP support. The Principal Program Lead (PPL) is also responsible for overseeing the stewardship of the Field Event Staff budget for each new Restaurant Opening.   The Principal Program Lead (PPL) partners with other departments within Chick-fil-A, Inc. to provide support for various projects including Strategic Reinvestments and The Mobile Kitchen. To support Operators in these projects, the Principal Program Lead (PPL) partners directly with the Strategic Reinvestment Team and Marketing. They collaborate to ensure a smooth handover and a successful opening.   When needed, the Principal Program Lead (PPL) supports Operators who have been selected for an additional Restaurant opportunity (i.e. Multi-Restaurant Operators). The Principal Program Lead (PPL) partners directly with Multi-Restaurant Operators, acting as a thought partner who helps them maximize their additional Restaurant opportunity. The Principal Program Lead (PPL) manages a rolling business portfolio of up to 3 Operator relationships and up to 5 staff projects at any given time.   At all Restaurant Openings, the Principal Program Lead (NRL) is responsible for providing direction, oversight and development for LDP Participants. The Principal Program Lead (PPL) serves as their primary supervisor as they provide on-site support for Operators including providing documented feedback. At the Support Center, the Principal Program Lead (NRL) is responsible for building and maintaining strong working relationships with all Support Center staff who support new Restaurant openings (e.g. Marketing/PR, Restaurant Development, DTT, Facilities and Equipment, etc.). We also focus on continuous improvement, strategy and insights to make things better for today and where Chick-fil-A is headed tomorrow.    This Sr. Lead Advisor will be an experienced professional with a strong background in change management strategy, stakeholder engagement, communications, and large-scale project engagement. This role will be responsible for stewarding the change messages regarding support to the Field (all Operators / Team Leaders) and across the Support Center Staff. The role will work across departments, manage a wide range of stakeholders and serve as the primary liaison for external change consulting/vendor partners. The role will initially focus on creating and executing an Organizational Change Management strategy (change, training, communications) for the technology component of the new Restaurant support model.  The role will work directly with several Staff departments across the Support Center to ensure they understand the importance of support service level agreements (SLA’s) and how to define/refine/maintain their specific SLA’s. This role will work closely with Corporate Communications, Learning & Development, Support Now, DTT, and contractors/vendors to ensure continued success, appropriate prioritization, and improved efficiencies of our support model and corresponding technology.   Successful candidates for this role will have strong interpersonal skills and abilities including relationship building, communication, and influence.  They must also have relevant experience in change strategy, product and program management, and organizational change management execution.
