Support Now is an essential sub-department of Field Operations. We provide support to our corporate users and quick-service restaurants by making it easy for our Operators, Team Members, and Staff to get answers, solve problems and identify opportunities. We measure success by the speed, accuracy, and experience we provide. The services we offer include general business support, IT and operation support, systems and application support, networking support, and many other technologies that are utilized by our Franchisees. We also focus on continuous improvement, strategy, and insights to make things better for today and where Chick-fil-A is headed tomorrow.
Specialist, Support Now (Network) role is focused on advanced WAN/LAN troubleshooting, technical coaching and training of network support team, proactive monitoring and auditing of the Chick-fil-A network and resolving chronic network issues at Chick-fil-A restaurants. The Specialist role works with senior leaders across the company. This role is focused on supporting Chick-fil-A Operators, staff, an escalation point for analysts within help desk teams by troubleshooting network issues, as well as triaging these issues by collaborating with vendor business partners. This role works closely with Digital Transformation Team on tool improvement, which aids in quickly identifying the network health of a restaurant. In addition, this role works with Operators, business partners and like-minded professionals to ensure Grand Openings network performances are healthy prior to day one of operations. This role requires an ambitious activator, driven leadership attributes and a high ownership mentality to hallmark success on this team.

The Operations IT Specialists are responsible for providing support to our Chick-fil-A Franchisees and Level I Agents. Responsible for providing support to our Chick-fil-A franchisees in point-of-sale software and hardware, mobile ordering, networking and kitchen production systems.

The Chick-fil-A Tax Department is responsible for tax compliance, technology, special projects, research, and audit defense functions for independently owned franchised restaurants and corporate activities. We exist to provide tax planning, regulatory reporting and consulting to stakeholders, governments, external auditors, and business leaders. As we grow in complexity and global footprint, we seek to influence business decisions, reduce tax liability, and mitigate risk.
The Accountant III, Sales Tax Compliance roles primary responsibilities will be to support the Sales Tax Compliance function by assisting with state and local sales and use tax compliance for Operators, Chick-fil-A, Inc., and related affiliates. An Accountant III, Sales Tax Account Compliance performs work with limited to moderate supervision, conferring with superior or unusual matters.
The Accountant III will be responsible for the growth and development of the department through participation in department meetings, conferences, webinars and professional/personal development.

The Philanthropic Financial Services team exists to safeguard Chick-fil-A’s reputation by providing financial guidance, financial reporting, and compliance support surrounding philanthropic activities. We aim to raise the financial and business acumen of charitable stakeholders and influence philanthropic strategy.
This role has three main areas of responsibility: Chick-fil-A giving process, private grantmaking support, and administrative and cultural support. This work requires working with other departments across the company while serving as an expert on Chick-fil-A’s giving process and strategy.
The ideal candidate must have the ability to exercise good judgment and discernment in a variety of situations as well as be resourceful, creative, organized, highly proficient with technology applications, and adaptable with limited supervision. The candidate must be able to prioritize time-sensitive work from multiple people working on unrelated projects and continue to re-prioritize upon additional requests. Some specific tasks will include meeting facilitation, creating clarity for action, acting between meetings to coordinate work, and optimizing processes.
The person filling this role will have excellent time management skills, interpersonal skills, the ability to self-manage, and planning/coordination skills.

This position will support the Corporate Performance Insights team by:
- Developing and organizing documentation on Confluence
- Designing PowerPoint templates and "polishing" presentations for executive audiences (ensuring consistency and professionalism across presentations and aligning with FP&A's high standards for executive content)
- Creating visually compelling, easy-to-understand charts and graphs to effectively communicate key findings, trends, and insights
- Assisting with maintenance of FP&A's Content Library (Stravito)
This role requires a highly responsible person with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.

The Projects & Fixed Assets Accounting team is responsible for the financial reporting of the acquire to retire financial workstream for Chick-fil-A, Inc. and its subsidiaries. The team supports the business and project managers by accounting for and maintaining accurate financial records for all purchased capital assets and a broad range of spend for all projects across the enterprise in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
A Fixed Assets Corporate Accountant II will possess and apply a fundamental understanding of Chick-fil-A’s acquisition policies and practices and apply knowledge to distinguish between capital costs and expenses. This role requires relationships with key personnel within Financial Services to support the fixed assets function for Chick-fil-A, Inc. and its subsidiaries. The Projects Accounting and Fixed Assets team is looking for an independent, coachable, detail-oriented individual who continually seeks process improvement.

The Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Services Systems Analyst II role serves on the Customer Technology Solutions team within the Digital Transformation and Technology (DTT) department. As a Systems Analyst, you will have the opportunity to partner with other System Analysts and stakeholders in various departments, including the Marketing department (primarily the Customer Digital Experience and Service & Hospitality teams), the Restaurant Design and Facilities departments, and other teams within DTT. In this role, you will review stakeholder requirements to define detailed user/job stories for Chick-fil-A’s digital experiences while also assisting with the development and configuration for those features. You will develop and grow relationships with teams across the business that work on guest loyalty and order fulfillment. You will manage and collaborate with 3rd-party vendors as we evaluate, test, and implement their products and services. Lastly, you will Pursue What’s Next by keeping a pulse of new players and opportunities in the digital engagement and ordering ecosystem, identifying platforms and technologies that help us achieve our shared vision.
The Financial Lease Compliance and Audit team is responsible for ensuring the financial lease terms negotiated and executed by Chick-fil-A, Inc. and its subsidiaries are billed and paid correctly. The team serves as the primary financial contact to Chick-fil-A landlords and other lessor entities and is responsible for ensuring landlord master
data and payment schedules align to the lease. In addition, the team is responsible for auditing and paying all real estate rent and occupancy costs for Chick-fil-A restaurants and corporate properties by applying complex lease language to invoices and billings.
The Accountant II is a professional role entrusted with landlord financial relationships, billing and invoice audits, and lease payment execution. An Accountant II will be able to interpret lease language and communicate Chick-fil-A positions to our landlords with moderate supervision.

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our Finance team with a focus on indirect procurement policy and procedure. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and compliant creation of indirect purchase orders (POs), overseeing PO governance, engaging with suppliers, and providing continuous training and support to stakeholders. The Power Automation and Controls Operator will be part of a technical organization under the Controls Engineer. Their tasks will range from operating the equipment, basic troubleshooting and business leading training. All in an effort to operate industrial equipment with excellence in a Distribution Warehouse. These individuals will be working with state-of-the-art industrial equipment and will be working with a diverse team to help deliver automation processes to the highest standards.
