The Lead Business Analyst, Restaurant Labor Technology posiiton is responsible for leading the functional design of the restaurant labor systems that Chick-fil-A owner/operators may choose to use, as well as the integration of these restaurant systems to other CFA systems. As a member of the Restaurant Labor Technology team, this role serves as a functional liaison partnering with the associated teams in Financial Services, Legal and other areas of the business, as well as interacting with Restaurant Operators.

The Lead Analyst’s primary role is to identify and communicate insights for Learning & Development through the blending, transformation, and critical evaluation of data through descriptive, diagnostic, and select predictive methods relying on Chick-fil-A’s established analytics tooling stack. This role is expected to provide analytical support for multiple Learning & Development teams with dependencies on other departments. It will require acting as a subject matter expert in a broad suite of standard data, methods, and tools, including complex features. The Lead Analyst must have strong technology and data analysis skills, a solid understanding of database technology and data use within analytic platforms, and strong programming skills with SQL and/or Python. The Product Lead will be responsible for the daily support of our Restaurant e-commerce ordering platform, Supply
Central. Supply Central allows Restaurants to purchase operational supplies, excluding food and menu packaging,
from 20 suppliers/ distributors. This role will also oversee the inventory levels of the 20 suppliers/distributors at a
high level. They would also be responsible for passing along opportunity areas to the Chick-fil-A distribution
performance leads who will ensure improvement at their respective supplier/distributor. Finally, this role will work
with the IT counterparts to manage performance and maintain the relationship with the Supply Central platform
