The New Restaurant Sr. Project Specialist is the primary point-of-contact within Market Strategy & Planning managing active/new Chick-fil-A projects from site identification through Grand Opening.
This role is responsible for collaborating and effectively communicating with key internal and external partners and Operators to ensure the development of new Chick- fil-A locations. This role partners closely with Sr. Real Estate Representative(s) and Director(s), Principal Development & Construction Lead(s), Real Estate Legal (Director(s) and Paralegal(s)), and Sr. Principal Leads in Design and Market Strategy & Planning.
Supply Chain is hiring a Sr. Lead Analyst for our new Network Optimization function. We are looking for some exceptional talent to help develop the tool and to implement the function. Our mission is to build and establish a dynamic Network Optimization model that, in the years ahead, can drive insight across our network, identify efficient resource allocation, and help craft the future network of suppliers and distributors for a thirty-billion-dollar company.

Oversee the maintenance and facilities management activities of the sites within the region including monitoring the performance of Facilities Maintenance providers. Participate in the development and execution of strategies and plans to meet the business needs, promote operational excellence, drive continuous improvement and innovation, and achieve operational excellence. Role requires an understanding of the business needs and knowledge of leading maintenance and facilities management practices, industry benchmarks and trends, and supplier relationship management techniques. The ideal candidate for this role is a leader who will work collaboratively with the Principal Program Lead for Facility Sustainment, operations, maintenance, and maintenance provider teams to develop strategies and solutions to best meet the business needs in a cost-effective, and efficient manner while meeting Safety, Quality and Compliance (SQC) requirements.

As Sr. Project Lead, the individual would be tasked with developing, testing, and launching technology solutions that address key Supply Chain challenges including the following:
- Defining & analyzing business problems
- Applying proper Project Management methodology to match needed outcomes,
- Defining success via the establishment of key metrics
- Leading cross functional project teams
- Socialization of key project tenets and risks
- Influence of leadership and stakeholders on pivotal decisions that impact the success of the project.

- Held accountable to the successful delivery of solutions that are critical to future Supply Chain strategy and vision.
This individual will focus on leading the day to day activities that are associated with our Inbound Logistics and Managed Freight provider. In this role, they will oversee the planning and control the flow of products, services, and related information systems from point of origin to point of delivery for domestic operations.
This role will be responsible for implementing the strategy and execution of International Supply Continuity, enabling the development of Chick-fil-A’s International growth strategy. This role requires a creative and independent professional who can support the unique business needs of Chick-fil-A’s operating model and understand the regulatory requirements for each operating country, the various challenges associated with importing/exporting, and the financial implications of foreign currencies, duties, tariffs, and taxes. This person influences the strategic direction of Chick-fil-A’s international strategy, by providing input, based on his or her expertise directly related to Supply Chain functions. Specific activities of this role include, but are not limited to; developing the supply chain network by identifying and locating sources of supply, leading the implementation of a complex multi-modal, international logistics strategy, inventory planning and forecasting, as well as recommending distribution locations, delivery frequency options and methods that increase capacity, drive efficiency, and improve effectiveness. Work cross-functionally with other Chick-fil-A departments and business partners to execute short and long-term supply chain strategies that ease the burden on Restaurant leadership and allows team members to focus on the customer. This leader will continuously analyze and evaluate network capacity and stewardship efforts to ensure we are meeting the needs of the future. This role will work with stakeholders across the organization to research, evaluate, and prioritize new markets, and then develop, communicate, and execute Supply Chain strategies for successful market entries and expansion.
The role of Travel Coordinator is to lead the day to day operations of the corporate travel program ensuring all travelers are safe and booking within and according to company policies.
