The Facilities and Equipment Sr. Principal Team Leader is a corporate leadership position responsible for providing strategic direction for all aspects of facilities management services.
Provide regional coordination for Strategic Reinvestment and Existing Restaurants Real Estate regarding Chick-fil-A’s remodel/rebuild program.
This position will partner with the Asset Management team to protect and preserve Chick-fil-A’s Existing Real Estate portfolio.

The role of the Non-Traditional Restaurant Specialist is to be the primary point of contact, managing the development & construction process relative to the growing number of new non-traditional Chick-fil-A restaurants (domestic and international) and also non-traditional remodel projects. Non-Traditional restaurants have expanded from Licensed locations to now include Satellite locations. This role also directs and leads external project coordinators.
The role partners with internal and external Partners, Food Service Providers and Operators to ensure the timely execution of development and construction processes. This role applies comprehensive knowledge of the Produce Program Management Partner and Chick-fil-A Supply Chain to lead the execution of the Produce Program. Specifically, this role will focus on recommending, influencing and supporting distribution, sourcing and food safety strategies through interaction with multiple produce distribution centers and internal and external stakeholders. The role is accountable for ensuring produce supply continuity to the Chick-fil-A Chain by focusing on stewardship, strategic initiatives, program compliance and food safe distribution practices.
The Restaurant Training Digital Learning Department is responsible for designing and developing on-line and mobile learning solutions. The content of these learning solutions includes procedural training, restaurant operations, and training on hospitality skills. The Digital Learning Intern will evaluate training requirements in the restaurant, evaluate digital and on-line learning technologies, and help build digital and on-line learning prototypes.
The Sr. Team Administrator will provide high-level confidentiality and administrative support to one or two Restaurant Training Sr. Leaders and respective sub-departments. This person will manage calendars, plan meetings and events, research, provide technical solutions in a paperless environment, prepare statistical reports, handle information requests, and perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. S/he will be interacting with and supporting staff members at all levels of the organization, Chick-fil-A Operators, and outside visitors. This role requires a focus on both results and relationships. This position is based in the Chick-fil-A Corporate Office in Atlanta, GA.
