FM aims to provide Restaurant level support by planning and executing solutions for facilities and equipment related repair and capacity work.  Through Mindset (We’re Always Ready), Method (We Blend Art & Science) and Means (We Partner on Purpose), FM is uniquely positioned to serve as central liaison between Operators, fieldfacing support and internal stakeholders.   Facilities Management is looking for an eager candidate ready to jump into a fast-paced role that will provide an embedded view of the innerworkings of the Facilities Management team at Chick-fil-A.  This Co-Op will be expected to execute projects by building key relationships and leveraging significant partnerships within the RD Services. The Co-Op role is highly regarded within our department, so there will be heavy exposure to a professional working environment and the requirements associated with that responsibility.    This is anticipated to be a 2 semester Co-Op that can accommodate various semester schedules. Students can start in the Spring, Summer, or Fall and do a non-sequential rotation (every other-semester) OR complete one back-to-back rotation (i.e. Spring and Summer). There is also potential to do a 3rd rotation based on business need. Each of these options consist of full-time semesters with Chick-fil-A. Menu Services is a sub-group of the Menu & Packaging Team within the Restaurant Experience group.   The role of Menu Services Director leads the Menu Services team for both Domestic and International Menu & Packaging Development. They are responsible for Procedure Development/Testing, Catalyst/Genesis Software Systems for all Menu & Packaging records, Sensory Evaluation, Menu Media Support and Managing “The Kitchen” Food Innovation space.   They are also a member of the Menu & Packaging Leadership Team and will report to the Executive Director of Menu & Packaging.   Our Flexible Future model offers a healthy mix of working in person and virtually, strengthening key elements of the Chick-fil-A culture by fostering collaboration and community.
