This role is responsible for leading the Analytics DevOps team for the supply chain vertical business lines. The team implements and runs the platform used to extract, load, and transform data from all critical systems within Chick-fil-A Supply, Bay Center Foods, and upstream pilots. The data is loaded into a cloud-based data warehouse so critical KPI’s and metrics can be automatically visualized and reported to the business.
This leadership role is responsible for multiple functional areas. This includes:
- Build and maintain the Airflow workflow engine use for ETL/ELT
- Implement and maintain the VBL Data Warehouse
- Partner with business users creating dashboards and model data within the data warehouse to reduce calculation complexity, improve performance, and improve reliability
- Curate and share entity financial data with the financial shared services data warehouse.
This highly productive team delivers releases in an agile fashion nearly every week to continuously improve existing functionality and delivery new data sets and data models. This is a DevOps team so the team provides 24/7 on call operational support for all developed solutions.
