Scope of responsibility:
This position leads product & service strategic sourcing activity for a minimum of two departments within Chick-fil-A Inc, a sub-set of indirect spend which today equates to $3.1B. This leader will be responsible for the development and execution of sourcing strategy for a broad and complex set of projects within those categories.

This role supports the Intelligent Automation (IA) program at Chick-fil-A, which exists to enable Chick-fil-A to scale for growth and create margin for people. This role will drive the growth of intelligent automation at Chick-fil-A through leadership within the Targeted Automation Acceleration program, an internal automation consulting program. The Sr. Lead Technical Product Owner within the Digital Transformation and Technology department isa member of the Agile team who is accountable and responsible for the product to which they are assigned. In this role, the Technical Product Owner will be responsible for leading Chick-fil-A’s growing digital payment solutions that enable e-commerce payment acceptance in our digital ordering channels. These complex solutions will require the product owner to build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders within the Digital Transformation and Technology, Treasury, and Marketing departments in pursuit of a shared goal to create a remarkably convenient ecommerce payment experience. They will partner closely with our payment acquirers/processors, payment gateways, card networks, and alternative payment method providers to manage ongoing solutions and identify new innovative opportunities that align with Chick-fil-A’s payment strategy.
The Senior Advisor, Field Public Affairs will manage crises in real time, identify evolving and emerging stakeholder expectations to partner with External Affairs and provide counsel to Operators and senior business leaders on how to manage those changing expectations. This role requires the ability to manage complex issues with a nuanced approach. The role will work with the media relations team, stakeholders, and business leaders.
The role serves as the trusted advisor to Operators and a strategic member of each Area Support Team (AST) by providing timely, tailored solutions to address the evolving, unique reputation challenges and opportunities of each Area across Chick-fil-A. The Advisor is a unique role, tasked with consulting both to markets within each Area, as well as consulting to local Operators across each Area.
In addition, this role will utilize research and analytics to identify the issues important to Operators and represent them appropriately to both internal and external partners. This role will provide proactive public relations and reputation counsel including identifying and fueling the right stories that will positively influence Chick-fil-A’s reputation, and reactive support for real time issues in the field.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this position is $182,000 to $192,000. This pay scale takes into account a wide range of business factors and may change over time.

This person will be responsible for personally executing the leasing work for malls, FSUs, and other formats, surplus property dispositions, and other assigned duties in an assigned area within Existing Restaurants. As such, this individual will:
- Execute existing restaurant leasing strategy(s).
