The Digital Payments Sr. Systems Analyst role serves on the Customer Technology Solutions team within the Digital Transformation and Technology department. As the Digital Payments Sr. Systems Analyst, you will get the opportunity to work with stakeholders in the Treasury, Marketing, and Beyond the Restaurant departments in pursuit of a shared goal to create remarkably convenient e-commerce ordering and payment experiences for Chick-fil-A guests. In this role, you will define detailed user stories for Chick-fil-A’s e-commerce ordering and payment experiences while also assisting with the development and configuration for those features. You will manage and collaborate with our payment acquirers, card networks, and digital wallet providers. Lastly, you will partner with new players in the digital ecosystem to identify new platforms and technologies that help our guests order when they want, how they want, and where they want.

The Enterprise Systems Lead BA - TMS is the System Owner of the Transportation Management System (TMS) as well as the Fleet Management System with responsibility for data flows, integrations, configuration and support for both Chick-fil-A Supply and Bay Center Foods. This person is responsible for understanding the business needs and working with Business Owners and IT to define technical requirements to support those needs. Additionally, this role will be responsible for supporting the upstream food production business for all Warehousing and Transportation systems.
As wholly owned subsidiaries of Chick-fil-A, Inc., Chick-fil-A Supply and Bay Center Foods are food production and distribution services networks focused entirely on serving the unique needs and growing volume of Chick-fil-A restaurants.
The Chick-fil-A Supply and Bay Center Foods service networks are comprised of three components:
- Distribution Center– State-of-the-art warehouses that house supply for Chick-fil-A restaurants
- Production Distribution Center– Offsite facilities that prepare select ingredients and menu items for Chick-fil-A restaurants
- Transportation– Growing fleet of delivery vehicles that supply Chick-fil-A restaurants
As an Implementation Engineer, you will join a team responsible for deploying and servicing IT hardware and software in our over 2,000 Restaurants. As the technology footprint in our Restaurant environment continues to expand, servicing these systems, and ensuring they function properly, is increasingly critical. These systems provide a supporting structure for Restaurant Operators and their teams to provide excellent Guest experiences. This position would be responsible for executing the deployment of hardware and software solutions to Restaurants, Staff, and ultimately Customers.
In this role, the Implementation Engineer will manage the deployment of solutions (e.g. Point-of-Sale Systems, Back Office Systems, Networking equipment, Capacity Solutions, Software, and Configuration changes to systems) with both internal and external parties. The ultimate responsibility of this role is to help ensure positive experiences with the introduction of technology to our Restaurants, Staff, and Customers. This will be accomplished through the use of effective communication, tested and validated process for execution, and vigilant monitoring and management of partners and vendors executing the deployment of the technology.
Responsibilities include ensuring the creation and effective use of all communications and training requirements as part of the deployment. Managing our third-party providers executing the service associated with implementing the solution to the desired end point. Monitoring the performance and experience with the ultimate user of the solution to ensure an overall positive experience. Partner with the system project owners and business analysts on any changes or modifications to the deployment processes.

The Lead Scrum Master is a facilitator for 2-3 business agility teams leveraging Scrum or Kanban methods. The Learning Designer is responsible for creating the detailed learning design in support of Field Business Initiatives, Field Audiences and/or Chick-fil-A, Inc. Staff. They combine a solid understanding of adult learning principles and training dynamics with the ability to synthesize content requirements and corporate resources into comprehensive learning design. The Learning Designer works with a wide range of stakeholders including SMEs, Learning Architecture and Digital Learning team(s) to create the detailed instructional design plan for effective and accurate learning content. They apply tested adult learning theories and partner with the Content Production team to ensure that the content is clear, appealing, and applicable, resulting in quality learning experiences. The Learning Designer serves as a key influencer and mentor to others within Learning Development. They proactively stay current with learning trends and share resources and learning with others on the team.
The Lead Analyst role supports the Portfolio Team by managing resources (dollars and talent) and providing analytical support and insights for Learning & Development operational data. In this role, the Lead Analyst will work with substantial latitude for action and decision making in data analytics and visualization.
The Senior Counsel, Intellectual Property position is a full-time position primarily responsible for providing legal counsel, strategy and direction on a wide variety of Intellectual Property and Advertising matters. Leadership responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing strategic direction and legal advice to support Chick-fil-A Marketing initiatives and providing related legal counsel to Chick-fil-A, Inc. and its affiliated entities. The position also will be assigned various other IP-related projects, as needed.
The Senior Counsel, Global Employment & Immigration position is a full-time position primarily responsible for supporting the planned rapid global expansion of the Chick-fil-A brand by providing legal counsel, strategy and direction in the development and execution of all categories of people strategies and compliance programs from a country-specific employment and immigration law perspective across various jurisdictions. This position will need to be flexible not only to the jurisdiction and culture, but also to different business structures that could be used in different countries. The role also will serve as lead legal advisor to the company’s U.S. I-9 compliance program and will be assigned various other labor, employment and immigration law projects, as needed. The role will provide the business with independent strategic employment and immigration counsel and manage related legal work at all stages of the global expansion process, including new market exploration, new market entry, and ongoing operations.
Chick-fil-A partners nationally with select On Demand Delivery Service Providers (DSPs) to serve Customers who place a premium on convenience and desire access to our food when they cannot physically make it to our restaurants. This role is part of the On-Demand Delivery Platform, which is on the Beyond the Restaurant team, and reports to the Innovation & New Ventures department.
This role will develop and improve product procedures as needed by converting recipes into repeatable procedures suitable for mass duplication across the chain. This will involve supplying recipe yield data to Business Analysis, managing smallwares for the new recipe, working with Culinary & Commercialization to develop the procedures and validating with Operators procedural accuracy. This position will provide Training all the information needed to convert procedures into training materials, including sampling procedures and end product descriptions. This person will serve as the Menu Services SME on all menu related project teams requiring organizational influence and having autonomy in decision making in order to maintain project deliverables and meet deadlines.
This individual will also be responsible for assisting with the development and management of food specifications with suppliers as needed. This includes working with Culinary & Commercialization, Supplier Quality & Safety and suppliers to develop specifications and maintain revision control.
