As a Platform Engineer III on Chick-fil-A’s Endpoint Management and Staff Support team, you will design, implement, and maintain solutions to provide a robust mobile device management (MDM) platform for a growing number of iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows devices. The Lead Technical Product Owner within the Digital Transformation and Technology (DTT) department is a member of the Agile team who is accountable and responsible for the Digital Order Fulfillment experience. We have a shared goal to ensure that orders are fulfilled with speed, transparency, and accuracy resulting in a delightful digital ordering experience for Customers while making it as easy as possible for Team Members. The Technical Product Owner will partner with stakeholders in the Marketing department (primarily the Customer Digital Experience and Service & Hospitality teams), the Restaurant Design and Facilities departments, and other teams within DTT to find solutions that bridge the digital to physical divide for our order ahead guests.
In this role, the Lead Technical Product Owner will partner with the aforementioned stakeholders to iterate on the product vision and prioritize product outcomes. You will then work with engineers and analysts to evaluate and size potential product features and ultimately prioritize solutions for development in alignment with the value to the end customer and business stakeholder roadmaps. The Learning Designer is responsible for creating the detailed learning design in support of Field Business Initiatives, Field Audiences and/or Chick-fil-A, Inc. Staff. They combine a solid understanding of adult learning principles and training dynamics with the ability to synthesize content requirements and corporate resources into comprehensive learning design. The Learning Designer works with a wide range of stakeholders including SMEs, Learning Architecture and Digital Learning team(s) to create the detailed instructional design plan for effective and accurate learning content. They apply tested adult learning theories and partner with the Content Production team to ensure that the content is clear, appealing, and applicable, resulting in quality learning experiences. The Learning Designer serves as a key influencer and mentor to others within Learning Development. They proactively stay current with learning trends and share resources and learning with others on the team.
The Senior Counsel, Privacy – Alternative Growth Strategy position is a full-time position responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on Chick-fil-A’s Alternative Growth Strategy.
The role will (1) Provide day-to-day legal advice on privacy, data security, and other regulatory issues related to Chick-fil-A’s Alternative Growth Strategy (AGS); (2) support a cross-functional AGS team with legal advice and counseling to pioneer efforts to incubate and launch solutions with potential to open new ways to serve Customers in alignment with emerging trends; (3) Provide privacy counsel to the AGS initiative, including data analytics, website and app development, and digital marketing, by guiding the business to follow relevant regulations and creating accompanying ongoing compliance systems, checklists, and processes; (4) Partner with AGS team members, including Marketing and Digital Technology Transformation, to strategize, develop, and drive the implementation and operationalization of new privacy and data security regulations and requirements into company strategies and initiatives; (5) Provide counsel and lead negotiation strategies on privacy and data security contractual terms, to include Data Processing Agreements with vendors; (6) Support investigations and response efforts concerning data security incidents and/or breaches, when needed and (7) Collaborate within the Corporate Legal team and the broader Legal Department on issue spotting and legal advice for the AGS initiative.
The Senior Counsel, Government Relations position is a full-time position responsible for executing Chick-fil-A’s government relations strategy and educating CFA leaders, staff and Operators on policy trends and developments.
The role will (1) independently execute Chick-fil-A’s government relations strategy with key elected and appointed government officials consistent with Chick-fil-A business priorities and impact; (2) identify legislative and regulatory proposals of interest to Chick-fil-A and partner with Chick-fil-A business and legal leaders to analyze and understand the business and legal impacts; (3) meet with government officials and their staff to provide feedback about legislative and regulatory proposals, raise awareness about important issues, develop policy initiatives and discuss issues facing the restaurant and franchise industries while assuring transparent two-way communications; (4) initiate relationship building opportunities and hospitality events with key government officials, trade associations, and other partners for Chick-fil-A; (5) update Chick-fil-A business on political and policy trends and developments (internal regular reports, briefings, town halls, lunch and learns); (6) prepare and coach Chick-fil-A staff and Operators on interactions with government officials as needed, (7) field requests from government officials, including requests for political contributions, government engagement and event participation; (8) provide advice, research and strategic direction for additional government relations and regulatory matters as needed.
