In this role you’ll serve as a technology guide, problem solver, solutions architect, and expert software engineer for software development teams provided by our technology partners. We need you to apply the technical experience you have gained in software development to the design, development, and delivery of highly engineered, complex commerce solutions. You will lead up to three (3) outside vendors in the actual development of these solutions. You will be responsible for the design, specification, vendor management and final acceptance. You will be leading up to three simultaneous engagements. You will have access to staff Product Owners, Enterprise Architects and other resources to help you achieve your goal.
This role is based in Atlanta, GA
Customer Technology Solutions is responsible for the customer digital experience in our restaurants consisting of Points-of-Sale, Mobile Commerce and Engagement experiences, and Fulfillment technologies. Your projects will fall into these domains.
Currently we are seeking candidates to help us with a Mobile Point-of-Sale platform, to help us create infrastructure to enable order Aggregation and Delivery through 3rd Parties, and to help innovate our Production and Fulfillment solutions in-restaurant. Experience in one of these domains is preferred.
Note - Working in a DevOps model, this opportunity includes both building and running solutions that could require off hours support. This support is shared amongst the team members to cover weekends and weeknights. The goal is to design for failure and, using cloud-native infrastructure patterns, automate responses to possible issues so they can be worked during.
