This is a professional level role requiring a person with a high level of data fluency who excels at providing descriptive and diagnostic support for the CFA Servco gift card program and provides predictive analytics for the overall program.
The CFA Servco Analyst develops, delivers and represents the gift card program throughout the organization and is expected to balance intuition and knowledge with the complexity of the data. This role creates solutions and determines the appropriate tools required for problem solving. They make decisions based on extensive analysis related to forecasting, financial metrics, and process automation.
Analysis completed within this role will drive decisions that affect the organization therefore requires strong cross-functional business-wide relationships. The individual must have a customer service mindset and will be expected to provide 2nd mile service to Operators, team members, staff and 3rd party vendors. Work is primarily performed at the Support Center under minimal supervision. Occasional after hour support or over-time may be required to meet goals or guidelines.
