The Financial Consultant contributes to the healthy, long-term growth of Operator income across an Area Support Team*. This role interacts directly with Operators to help bring business insights and is a catalyst for optimized operations leading to business growth. In addition, the Financial Consultant will be the Financial Services influencer on an Area Support Team. This helps Chick-fil-A maintain a competitive advantage in the industry. The Financial Consultant focuses on bringing business knowledge, innovation, and insight to create distinctive value for Operators and Chick-fil-A Inc. The Financial Consultant role requires an individual who is a self-starter, motivated, and responsible. Autonomy in this role is critical. The Financial Consultant will support Operators across approximately 120-150 restaurants, responsible for the profitability of approximately $750 million - $1 billion in sales.
