The Chick-fil-A Tax Department is responsible for tax compliance, technology, special projects, research and audit defense functions for independently owned franchised restaurants and corporate activities. We exist to provide tax planning, regulatory reporting and consulting to stakeholders, governments, external auditors and business leaders. The Accountant III, Sales Tax Compliance role’s primary responsibilities will be to support the Sales Tax Compliance function by assisting with state and local sales and use tax compliance for Operators, Chick-fil-A, Inc., and related affiliates. An Accountant III, Sales Tax Account Compliance performs work with limited to moderate supervision, conferring with superior on unusual matters.
The Accountant III will be responsible for the growth and development of the department through participation in department meetings, conferences, webinars and professional/personal development.
