The Capital Asset Reporting team is entrusted with maintaining accurate financial records for the real estate and equipment assets distributed throughout the chain. This is a professional role requires an individual be responsible for a fundamental level of Property valuation and Property tax administration in support of Corporate Financial Services. An Analyst II will possess a basis understanding of Chick-fil-A’s acquisition policies and practices, real estate market trends and factors and apply knowledge to support asset valuation. This role requires relationship with key personnel within Financial Services to communicate status updates and results from standard property tax protests. This role will be a physical representation of the organization in property tax valuation disputes. The Capital Asset Reporting team is looking for an independent, coachable, detailed-oriented, confident individual to fulfill this role.
