The Chick-fil-A Tax Department is responsible for tax compliance, technology, special projects, research and audit defense functions for independently-owned franchised restaurants and corporate activities. We exist to provide tax planning, regulatory reporting and consulting to stakeholders, governments, external auditors and business leaders. The Accounting Coordinator, Payroll Tax responsibilities will be to support the Payroll Tax Department’s Payroll Tax Compliance function by assisting with U.S. Federal, state, and local payroll tax compliance and audits for Chick-fil-A, Inc., related affiliates, and third-party franchisees. This role’s primary responsibilities are to process payroll tax payments, and process and file payroll tax returns. This role will also assist with all year-end payroll tax compliance requirements. As Chick-fil-A grows into the International market, this role will include any international responsibilities to support third-party franchisees, payroll systems and payroll tax compliance.
