ABOUT THE Co-Op
This is a brand-new Co-Op Program that Chick-fil-A’s Technology team is using to partner with students on experimental projects while also preparing the future IT workforce for Chick-fil-A and IT more broadly. We are committing to developing you as a technical professional who will be ready to take on the real-world challenges of the technical world. This is a 2 or 3 semester Co-Op operating on a non-sequential semester basis where students will spend their first semester working full-time at Chick-fil-A. After working full-time for Chick-fil-A for the first semester of the Co-Op, students will partner with their university to create a co-op schedule that allows at least 2 full-time working semesters with Chick-fil-A and then returning to school for the off semesters. Co-Ops will also have the opportunity to rotate work locations at Chick-fil-A’s corporate headquarters. The Technology Innovation Co-Op is a separate program from Chick-fil-A’s traditional, summer internship program at the Support Center (corporate headquarters).
