  • Overview

    The Supervisor keeps the facility running smoothly and efficiently by overseeing both personnel, and various assets throughout campus including: furniture, supplies, tools and equipment. This role also manages and oversees existing furniture repair/replacement/relocation throughout campus and potential offsite locations.


    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


    • Develop and manage team members to perform effectively and efficiently.
    • Organize and manage facility storage and warehouse space for maximum efficiency.
    • Research and implement best practice processes to increase efficiency throughout projects and campus-wide initiatives.
    • Engage with staff campus relocations in order to provide needed materials.
    • Provide system and processes to track inventory.
    • Conduct routine walkthroughs to review team workload.
    • Verify incoming invoices are being coded correctly and are aligning with budget expectations.
    • Generate and present routine reports and dashboards of campus operations budgets, vendor performance, and customer feedback.
    • Provide prompt response to requests and issues from Chick-fil-A staff and guests.
    • Enter ServiceNow tickets on all items around campus while doing routine walkthroughs.
    • Work outside of standard work hours and travel to Support Center as needed.
    • Help standup an inventory platform and processes for tracking and maintaining campus assets
