    The Benefits & Payroll Solutions Team exists to attract, retain, and retire top talent by providing a precise, industry leading, and seamless benefits and payroll experience. We offer benefits and payroll solutions to a diverse and growing set of both domestic and international entities while influencing organizational strategy with a focus on financial discipline, ingenuity and compliance. 


    This role applies advanced, specialized benefits and ERISA knowledge in order to plan and direct projects, as well as to provide technical leadership and consultation to co-workers. This individual works with wide latitude for unreviewed action or decision on most outcomes. This role may assist with the selection and/or oversight of outside partners and professionals, including budgetary management, to effectively deliver outcomes and results.


    • Serve as welfare benefits subject matter expert possessing knowledge of ERISA, ACA, health and welfare insurance regulations, and industry practices.
    • Strategically influence and implement global benefit offerings for corporate employees.
    • Oversee and lead strategic initiatives affecting Related Entities Staff and Corporate Staff in partnership with Legal and Talent teams.
    • Provide technical leadership to co-workers and cross-functional teams.
    • Provide strategic input related to workforce decisions and benefits offerings and the impact to required IRS benefits plans testing results.
    • Serve as strategic representative for complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
    • Serve as technical expert for strategic decisions such as determination of total rewards proposition for employees of new entities and vendor evaluation/selection for certain benefits.
    • Determine annual budget needs, evaluate budget variances, and represent any budget exceptions to larger Financial Services team.
    • Manage broker relationship and serve as trusted advisor to Related Entities
    • Engage in development activities including department and team meetings, conferences, seminars and interdepartmental engagement.

    Minimum Qualifications

    Bachelor's Degree

    8 years of directly related experience in Benefits and Payroll Solutions

    Preferred Qualifications

    10-12 years of directly related experience in Benefits and Payroll Solutions
