The Restaurant Financial System team provides Operators and those who serve them with tools, reports, and systems that equip them for profitable growth. We do this by building robust data infrastructure, maximizing the effectiveness of our systems portfolio, and offering users relevant and timely insights about their businesses.
This Operator Success Lead will play an instrumental role on the team by leading components of a large-scale project to replace the existing time & attendance and payroll solution in Restaurants with a new HCM solution as well as the resulting ongoing program. Primary focus of responsibility is to ensure overall Operator Success for the program. This will be done through impact assessment and change readiness for our Operators, their Team Members, and departments across the organization as well as ensuring that a scalable approach is in place supporting continued growth of the brand both domestically and in international countries.
