    The Philanthropic Financial Services team exists to safeguard Chick-fil-A’s reputation by providing financial guidance, financial reporting, and compliance support surrounding philanthropic activities. We aim to raise the financial and business acumen of charitable stakeholders and influence philanthropic strategy.


    This role will help support the growing need for analysis, forecasting, budget process management, and financial system maintenance across all Charitable Entities of Chick-fil-A. This individual will work under minimal supervision and be able to complete specialized tasks with originality and ingenuity. The role will evaluate our current data and analysis services and chart a path for where we want to be in the future.


    This role will be required to fulfill the following responsibilities related to Chick-fil-A’s charitable entities:

    • Create and manage a cashflow forecast for each entity
    • Manage annual budget process for all entities
    • Act as a resource for other staff
    • Create and manage a data depository
    • Create and manage budgetary forecast
    • Create and manage revenue forecasts
    • Demonstrate the ability to innovate and automate processes
    • Apply a broad knowledge of budgetary practices and financial analysis practices to the financial reporting
    • Collect data, monitor and create financial models for decision support
    • Monitor variances, identify trends and recommend potential changes to metrics
    • Support executive reporting dashboards

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite – emphasis on Word and Excel
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize numerous projects with attention to detail and limited supervision
    • Strong written, oral, and analytical skills
    • Highly motivated self-starter and a quick learner
    • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
    • Time management skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex topics
    • Aptitude for problem solving and innovation
    • Ability to learn new systems and analytic platforms

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 4 or more years of related experience
    • Experience in Alteryx, SQL and/or Tableau
