Overview

The Program Lead, Employer Branding partners with the Principal Leader, Employer Branding and Content Producers to lead the execution of our recruitment marketing and employer brand programs and strategies, including, but not limited to email marketing engagement and passive nurturing campaigns leveraging the Avature CRM platform, the administration of our talent scout program, and leading the analysis of future channels to be considered for recruitment marketing efforts.

 

  • Serve as the subject matter expert in launching and activating nurturing campaigns, maintaining reporting, reviewing metrics and testing to inform future CRM Talent Community and Pipeline strategies.
  • Will collaborate with content & communications agency partner to understand LinkedIn paid and programmatic media strategies and Chick-fil-A Sourcing team to obtain insights crucial to CRM journey mapping and process design. Will also play an integral role in efforts to expand our CRM activations like adding new talent communities, landing pages and modules, i.e., Avature Events Management and Referrals.
  • Will collaborate with Content Producers and Talent Operations on future corporate careers site developments and on any discovery, selection and implementation efforts to update the current content management system (CMS) for a complete career site redesign. Will identify and interpret specifications and requirements to inform creative and content needs. 

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a SME and actively participate in operational excellence workshops, future training, knowledge shares regarding system enhancements, and future phases of CRM expansion, to include but not limited to Silver Medalist, General, Referral, and Events activation strategies.
  • Assist in the creation of custom landing pages, email templates and newsletters for each Talent Community ensuring that the standardized design process is being followed and that it is aligned with defined maturity models.
  • Collaborate with content agency partner to obtain LinkedIn paid and programmatic media plans to inform the structure of email campaigns and provide feedback on needed content revisions based on CRM performance metrics. Partner with Sourcing team to understand and leverage market insights and business needs to recommend campaign enhancements.
  • Serve as the Recruitment Marketing point of contact for speaking into the configuration of workflows during the creation of new talent communities. Also provide feedback to Avature Systems Administrator regarding needed workflow revisions. Collaborate with Avature Account Representatives as needed.
  • Partner with Principal Leader and Content Producers to stand up EB Talent Scout pilot program to include identification of pilot participants in alignment with persona and talent needs. 
  • Manage administration of pilot to include gathering of insights and results. Report results and make recommendations for full program launch.     
  • Lead weekly communication with EB Talent Scouts during pilot and after full program launch, focusing on content highlights, tips & tricks, resources, etc. and coordinate periodic training for Talent Scouts to ensure participants are not only prepared for program requirements but also see it as a source for professional development.
  • Manage tracking metrics for the program and develop recognition criteria.

Required Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, email marketing, communications and content creation.
  • Experience with CRM systems and tools.
  • Experience with media planning across a variety of talent platforms & channels.
  • Experience with marketing analytics as well as reviewing insights to make business decisions
  • Understanding of general UI/UX methodologies and ability to customize digital experiences
  • Experience in program administration
  • Strong project management skills with experience leading large projects
  • Critical thinker and problem solver
  • Self-starter with proven track record of high initiative 
  • Demonstrated customer focus
  • Ability to bring others along and create cohesiveness cross-functionally.
  • Demonstrated understanding of social media marketing
  • Basic knowledge of html code

  • Understanding of recruitment marketing methodologies & employer branding
  • Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
