The Administrative Coordinator provides administrative support to the Executive Director, Field Learning and the Field Learning Leadership team to ensure effective team and departmental operations. S/he will support various processes, programs and initiatives including calendaring, travel planning/preparation, meeting and event planning, correspondence, expense management. Key qualifications include strong written and verbal communication skills, accuracy in completing responsibilities promptly and with high quality. The role demands experience, follow-through, judgment, creativity, and adaptability in achieving goals.
