The Team Member Experience department within Field Marketing inspires and equips Operators to offer an elevated applicant and Team Member experience. This Sr. Product Lead role within the Team Member Technology team focuses on digital product management across the Applicant Experience, Team Member Experience, and Restaurant Leader Experience. This role is critical in developing

Responsibilities

This role drives the strategy and execution of digital products focused on enhancing the Applicant, Team Member, and Restaurant Leader experience, enabling Operators to attract and retain top talent seamlessly.

 

Key Activities: 

  • Digital Product Ownership: Leads the product roadmap and prioritization for Team Member digital products, including a Team Member Application in partnership with Principal Program Lead
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Partners with Digital Transformation & Technology (DTT) product owners, Team Member Technology Principal Program Lead, Learning and Development, Financial Services, Legal, and other relevant stakeholders to drive product development and implementation. Serves as primary liaison to influence product direction and ensure alignment. 
  • Roadmap Management: Designs, refines, and manages product roadmaps, leading prioritization conversations and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Drives chain-wide implementation and adoption of new features and product enhancements.
  • Feature Enhancement Leadership: Independently leads feature enhancements from validation to launch, leveraging data and user feedback. Identifies gaps and new opportunities across multiple technologies to improve the Applicant and Team Member experience.
  • Program Oversight: Oversees all workstreams, timelines, key program milestones, project release/sprint calendars, and core team technology meetings and action items related to assigned digital products.
  • Performance Measurement: Reports on and oversees product success metrics and adoption rates. Uses data insights to inform product strategy and identify areas for improvement communicating these back to the cross-functional core team. 
  • Market Analysis: Continuously monitors industry and competitive trends to identify best practices and challenges to inform product development and strategy in order to develop and deliver best in class technology solutions
  • Operator Support and Change Management: Leads change management efforts to encourage Operator adoption of technology solutions such as an ATS and other Team Member Technology applications.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience
  • Experience with large-scale system implementations, enterprise software solutions, and working with technologies that impact an entire organization.
  • Vendor partnership experience.
  • Forward-thinking mindset with a pulse on talent trends and technologies.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage complexity, and prioritize tasks with varied timelines.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Project Management experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience leading day-to-day relationships with technology vendors.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems or similar talent acquisition technologies.
  • Understanding of enterprise system requirements and best-in-class vendor offerings.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Broad understanding of Chick-fil-A’s Operator Agreement and its influence on talent attraction efforts.
  • Experience conducting field visits and gathering user feedback.
  • Product Management experience
  • Product Owner Certification
  • Project Management Certification
