Overview

The Throughput Consulting teams leverages film study in a virtual environment to help Operators assess and maximize the potential of their drive-thru operations and emerging channels like Curbside and 3rd Party Delivery.

 

Additionally, they leverage film to assess and identify opportunities in the production environment related to food quality and speed of service, as well as guest experience across all sales channels.


This role is responsible for contributing to the execution of the Film Study Program.  This individual will ensure the program is effectively supported in regards to processes and day-to-day execution.  This individual will interact with consultants of various disciplines on a regular basis.  A Sr. Lead Analyst is responsible for regularly presenting to Operators and key internal partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the collecting, reviewing, and “coding” of all video footage for all Virtual Film Study engagements
  • Applies key learnings and acquired knowledge to advance the level of sophistication and versatility of the film study platform
  • Works with multiple consulting groups to present footage, share data, and target opportunities during virtual engagements
  • Partners with the consultants to deliver impactful consulting to Operators
  • Uphold proactive partnerships with key stakeholders and partners to ensure the program is efficient, impactful, and innovative
  • Works with the entire team to integrate changes from on-going growth 
  • Ensures successful program execution in a virtual environment and in the field
  • Regularly “co-pilots” consultations with Operators
  • Regularly presents film study findings with key stakeholders on any internal consultations
  • Responsible for defining and maintaining all key coding attributes for a sub-specialty area (Drive-Thru, Front Counter, Kitchen)
  • Continuously monitors the progress of the program and the progress of the consultants’ utilization of the program, helping identify gaps

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working or facilitating work virtually

  • Experience using ScoreBreak/Sportscode or similar program
