Overview

Chick-fil-A Staff Selection Lead Recruiters are highly skilled individuals who lead and manage talent acquisition practices to ensure the proper and effective identification and placement of talent. They partner with Hiring Managers, Leaders, and Interview teams to clearly understand their strategy and business needs and lead them through the selection process. They lead the recruitment and interview process and act as key contact for candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Build client relationship with client contacts with all levels of the organization
  • Manage full-cycle selection process
  • Make decision to advance or decline candidates
  • Drive interview and selection process while maintaining strong relationships with hire managers
  • Collaborate with key internal clients to understand business strategy, direction, and talent needs
  • Utilize strategy information from key businesses/functions to develop a proactive talent strategy
  • Build a pipeline of talent for each functional areas supported
  • Generate a high volume and high-quality pipeline of candidates
  • Ensure diverse slate of candidates is presented to Hiring Manager
  • Ensure remarkable candidate experience
  • Performs work under limited supervision, conferring with superior on unusual matters
  • Operates with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision with select outcomes
  • May lead or direct projects independently
  • May assist with the selection and/or oversight (including assistance with financial and/or budgetary
    management) of outside partners and professionals to effectively deliver outcomes and results
  • Monitor and consult to industry workforce trends
  • Collaborate with Total Rewards team on compensation & leveling
  • Develop Executive Summary documents for all candidates prior to Final interview

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience
  • Demonstrated passion for identifying talents and strengths in others
  • Behavioral-based interviewing experience 
  • Experience sourcing/recruiting/selecting
  • Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to maintain a minimum of 15 full cycle requisitions 
  • Ability to maintain candidate care metrics by connecting with candidates and business partners on a regular basis 
  • Track record indicative of high business acumen, including the ability to understand general business
  • Computer proficiency including e-mail, excel spreadsheets, Microsoft Office, and automated applicant tracking systems
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork skills
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve significant results while working independently and with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to volunteer discretionary effort; supporting other teams as needed to be better together 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with iCIMS
  • Technical recruiting experience
