In this role you will have the opportunity to directly impact the digital user experience for millions of Chick-fil-A customers. You will work on a team that strives to build relationships between Chick-fil-A and our customers, helping to show Chick-fil-A’s signature care in the digital space. It is a fast-paced environment, and there is no shortage of exciting things to work on. The ideal candidate is experienced with software development and is ready to mentor and guide early-in-career engineers with support. Candidates will be comfortable making daily technical decisions on their own and partnering with engineering leads to make larger decisions.
This role is based in Atlanta, GA, and will follow our Flexible Future model which offers a healthy mix of working in person and virtually, strengthening key elements of the Chick-fil-A culture by fostering collaboration and community.
Note - Working in a DevOps model, this opportunity includes both building and running solutions that could require off hours support. This support is shared amongst the team members to cover weekends and weeknights. The goal is to design for failure and, using cloud-native infrastructure patterns, automate responses to possible issues so they can be worked during normal hours.
