As a Technical Product Owner within Moments DNA, you will join the team responsible for delivering technology capabilities that enable personalized customer experiences digitally. Moments DNA is a team aimed at building a centralized, real-time view of the customer (Composable CDP) to understand customer behavior, preferences, and needs. This enables more personalized marketing and customer service to better care for and serve our customers. The Moments DNA products include the development of a single view of all customer interactions (called “Customer 360”) and integration with various marketing and customer engagement systems.
In this role, you will understand and own the complex integrations between Moments DNA and other Chick-fil-A systems, including customer data platforms, marketing automation tools, and customer relationship management systems. You will lead the improvement and optimization of current systems as well as creating and executing the strategy for new implementations and future growth. You will partner with the Moments DNA agile development team, other customer digital feature teams, and marketing and business stakeholders.
