The Project Lead will be responsible for supporting the Production Throughput Consultants in the areas of project management, team systems and processes, execution of scopes of work produced in Restaurants, and maintaining key stakeholder relationships with General Contractors, Vendors, Operators and departmental teams. The Project Lead will be an expert on Restaurant Equipment and Operations at Chick-fil-A and have a foundational understanding of the Operator Franchise Agreement. This role will execute Scopes of Work produced by Consultants in the field with Operators. This role will be responsible for managing approximately 90-100 projects at any given time from start to finish and maintain communication with Operators, Restaurant Leaders, Production Throughput Consultants, and General Contractors throughout the process. The Project Lead will also be asked to serve as a liaison between the Production Throughput Team and other teams or individuals throughout the organization.
