Our Supply Chain collaborates with numerous external distributors, suppliers, brokers, and other partners to serve our restaurants and operators. The Technical Integration Lead will technically support external partner success strategies to ensure our Supply Chain distribution and supplier partners meet our data and data performance expectations in alignment with business objectives.
The Technical Integration Lead is responsible for the successful onboarding and integration of data with partners. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, project tracking and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience designing technical file specifications, managing data integration projects, and fostering positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. A strong understanding of how data is used for business insights is critical. A key aspect of this role involves understanding Supply Chain Systems and the development efforts required by partners to implement necessary processes and policies.

Technical Requirements Gathering: Elicit and document detailed technical requirements from internal teams and external partners for new data integrations
File Specification Design: Design and maintain technical file specifications in various formats including EDI, XML, and JSON. Ensure specifications meet business requirements and are optimized for data quality and usability
Data Modeling: Work with the Design team as they implement data models that support efficient data integration and analysis. Data models using partner data need to be scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business needs
Data Mapping and Documentation: Create comprehensive data maps and documentation outlining data requirements, transformations, and validation rules
Integration Implementation: Oversee the implementation of data integrations using AS2, sFTP, and other secure data transfer methods
Partner Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for technical communication with external partners throughout the integration process
Project Management: The ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project milestones
Supply Chain System Integration: Understand the intricacies of integrating data with various Supply Chain Systems (ERP, WMS, TMS) to ensure seamless data flow and process alignment
Development Oversight: Provide guidance and support to partners regarding the development work required on their systems to implement the necessary integration processes and policies
Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans to validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data integration, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
Business Insights: Understand how integrated data is utilized for business intelligence and reporting. Ensure data structures and specifications are designed to support effective analytics and insights generation
Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams including data analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless data integration and alignment with business goals
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve data integration processes, enhance data quality, and streamline partner onboarding
