Corporate Communications partners across the Chick-fil-A organization to execute effective, compelling internal communications that build culture, drive change and support business goals. This individual will support the team’s vision of creating clarity and alignment by inspiring, educating and equipping internal audiences.
Specifically, this individual will focus on consulting and collaborating with a set of business leaders within Chick-fil-A to create and execute communications strategies in support of Restaurants and Operators. Responsibilities will include collaborating with project owners to introduce new programs and solutions to Restaurants; creative storytelling to build understanding and trust; and sharing business strategy and vision with internal audiences. This role directly supports communication strategy and execution for Chick-fil-A, Inc.’s Marketing department with a focus on Restaurant Experience, to include Menu & Packaging, Consumer Packaged Goods, Catering, as well as Hospitality and Service Experiences.
To be successful in this role, the communicator must be resourceful, collaborative, able to quickly learn the business and think and act with a sense of urgency.
