Within Operator Technology Solutions, Restaurant Payroll & Labor serves Chick-fil-A Operators across many Team Member functions, enabling systems for hiring, scheduling, timekeeping, payroll, benefits, and more. This role will work with DTT functional product leaders and Financial Services to evaluate the feasibility of business requirements and partner closely with business stakeholders to influence roadmaps, scope and scale of functionality and the overall technical and functional strategy.
Responsible for the software engineering streams of Labor Hub, Vendor Bridge, Workforce Management and TimePoint, the leader in this role will also look to the future, helping chart a course for Chick-fil-A’s labor and payroll systems that Operators will use to hire and pay more than one million Team Members each year.
