Chick-fil-A is seeking a digital product expert with a strong analytical mindset to enhance Chick-fil-A’s delivery technology. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital product management and the ability to merge data-driven decisions into their work, especially at the intersection of digital and delivery operations. Since the delivery experience is closely tied to restaurant operations, it is crucial for this role to effectively integrate the perspectives of Operators and Team Members when designing exceptional digital experiences for our Customers.
Success in this role requires close collaboration with Customer Technology Solutions for optimal delivery performance. Strong business acumen and the ability to influence are essential, since the role involves interpreting data and building digital products that support physical operations. Additionally, this role focuses on developing and testing new extensions of the delivery business to enhance Customer delivery experiences. The ideal candidate should be comfortable navigating ambiguity in an evolving marketplace.
This role is part of the Customer Digital & Delivery team, and reports to the Marketing department.

Product management: leads feature development by refining new feature requests, prioritizing solutions, and partnering closely with software engineers/designers to bring digital-delivery experiences to life; gathers requirements, relevant data, and stakeholder input to validate/pilot new solutions for Restaurants.
Analytical expertise: experience analyzing data via excel, collaborating with Customer Technology Solutions to develop back-end algorithm decisions, and querying large datasets via SQL; determines KPIs and stewards new features by integrating in-field feedback with data-driven decisions.
Problem solving: continuously identifies and prioritizes new problems to solve, and clearly defines them when new business cases are generated; reviews stakeholder input, Customer feedback, transaction data, and Restaurant realities to develop a functional path toward a superior experience when compared to the marketplace.
Cross-functional partnership: serves as the Primary Partner for Chick-fil-A delivery product(s) and partners across the business to influence the continued advancement of Customer digital-delivery experiences; leads and influences in cross-functional initiatives that include Field Operations, Service & Hospitality, Customer Technology Solutions, and others.
