Overview

Chick-fil-A is expanding in Canada, Puerto Rico, as well as launching into EMEA and APAC regions. As a result, we are looking for a dynamic leader to spearhead the implementation strategy of our new and developing International Technology Ecosystem.

 

This role is crucial in defining and executing a cohesive global implementation strategy that aligns with our international business objectives. The ideal candidate excels in strategic planning, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and navigating difficult and ambiguous situations.

 

This role will report to the International Technology Business Leader in Entity Technical Services, serve as part of the International Technology leadership team, and will partner closely with other leaders within the International and Digital Transformation & Technology (DTT) departments.

 

The position is based in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and articulate a comprehensive strategy for the implementation of our international technology ecosystem in multiple countries and regions with varying requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, division teams, and international vendors. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across diverse teams to ensure alignment and buy-in for technology initiatives globally.
  • Problem Solving: Identify, analyze, and address complex technical and operational challenges in various international contexts, adapting to new information and unexpected changes with agility and resilience.
  • Influencing and Leading: Influence at all levels of the organization through clear communication and well-reasoned arguments. Lead cross-functional and cross-divisional teams through complex projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery of global initiatives. Demystify technology for Restaurant Operators, Team Members, and International Staff.
  • Change Management: Drive change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes across various international markets. Ensure communication, training, and support is provided to relevant audiences to facilitate transitions.
