Restaurant Accounting is one of five teams withing Restaurant Financial Services. Restaurant Accounting consists of two key functional areas: Regional Accounting Support and Accounting Strategy. Within these areas, we provide accounting support and strategy for: Chick-fil-A domestically franchised and company owned restaurants, STC Brands, Beyond the Restaurant, Operations Accounting, International restaurants, and our Restaurant Fee Calculation and Profit/Loss Reporting system. We take pride in providing "Second Mile" service to our customers which consists of Operators, STC Brands Executive General Managers, Team Members, Support Center Staff, and 3rd party vendors.
This is a professional level role requiring an individual who will be responsible for partnering with stakeholders responsible for strategic work and supporting the analytical needs of STC Brands in the areas of Restaurant Performance Insights, Menu and Food Cost, and Labor Cost. This role is responsible for responding to emerging business challenges with insightful data driven analysis. In additional to providing technical support to STC Brands Analysts this role is expected to design analytical tools that allow business users to understand business performance by navigating data visualizations on their own. This role is team based in nature and requires the analyst to demonstrate excellence in their ability to partner with teammates to ensure a consistent and high-quality outcome for stakeholders. This role is collaborative, requiring partnerships with Digital Transformation & Technology and Enterprise Data & Analytics.
Our work is primarily performed at the Support Center in a campus mobile environment. Occasional travel and over-time may be required to meet team or individual goals and deadlines.
