The Sr. Delivery Logistics Product Specialist serves as one of two primary product owners for Chick-fil-A Delivery. This role’s primary focus centers around the Logistics Engine. The Logistics Engine consists of technically complex algorithms designed to assign orders to drivers, provide routing to drivers, calculate ETAs to customers and coordinate the release of food to the kitchen. Success in this role will require the ability to collaborate closely with Customer Technology Solutions to ensure optimal performance. Additionally, this role requires strong business acumen. Success in the role requires the ability to interpret data and understand the broader business context on how to leverage that data to make effective changes. Additionally, this role will also focus on building out and testing new extensions of the delivery business to serve new Customer occasions (e.g., Outposts, Group Ordering).
