The Digital Collaboration Program Lead in the Digital Transformation and Technology (DTT) department leads programs with high complexity and owns multiple initiatives and functional partners. They work with functional partners to understand how changes to process, products, services, and software can improve efficiencies and deliver business results. This role will lead pilots, projects and project teams that will play an integral part as we continue to grow our organization’s Productivity capability.
The Digital Collaboration team (called Connected Workplace) is responsible for the technology solutions that enable Chick-fil-A Support Center Staff to effectively collaborate and be productive across the enterprise. Our platforms include the Enterprise Collaboration and Productivity Suite, Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, SharePoint, etc.), Atlassian, Miro etc.
This role will help enable the strategy of the Digital Workplace through a focus on organizational Productivity. Productivity is key to “how we work.” This role will support strategy and portfolio of project management solutions, creating seamless coordination between teams and departments, removing collaboration barriers by enabling asynchronous ways of working. It will be responsible for supporting key business outcomes and maximizing the effectiveness of our current solutions, as well as researching future needs. You have a passion for thinking big and trying new things to lead the transformation of “how we work” through showing what is possible to business partners across Chick-fil-A.
