The Franchisee Selection Coordinator is an integral member of the Franchisee Selection team. The Franchisee Selection team selects Operators for new and existing Chick-fil-A Restaurants. Selecting Operators is one of the most important things we do at the Support Center and this position is in direct contact with these candidates, specifically external candidates. This position works directly with the Franchisee Selection Leads (FSLs) and at times with Field Operations Selection Team Administrators, Operations Leads, Area Directors and Region Leads. The coordinator position serves as a support function to the FSLs as they support their regions and make the best Operator selections. The coordinator serves as the main point of contact for new Operator candidates as they move through the Focused and Final interview portion of the selection process and reports directly to a Director on the Franchisee Selection-Operator Selection team.
