The Lead Analyst’s primary role is to identify and communicate insights for Learning & Development through the blending, transformation, and critical evaluation of data through descriptive, diagnostic, and select predictive methods relying on Chick-fil-A’s established analytics tooling stack. This role is expected to provide analytical support for multiple Learning & Development teams with dependencies on other departments. It will require acting as a subject matter expert in a broad suite of standard data, methods, and tools, including complex features. The Lead Analyst may receive occasional guidance from Principal analytics talent to produce insights and make recommendations to senior leaders that inform departmental strategy.
The Lead Analyst must have strong technology and data analysis skills, a solid understanding of database technology and data use within analytic platforms, and strong programming skills with SQL and/or Python. This individual needs to be a fast learner with a keen eye for detail, systems thinking, and process design. In addition, this individual must be a highly relational collaborator (given the cross-disciplinary nature) and culture builder.
